3rd Cake (hand-dyed, hand-rolled fondant) – had MAJOR issues with the chocolate fondant (for the second time), so I am not a huge fan of it at this point! I had a LOT of cover-ups on this cake and ran out of time, so the hand-made lettering and bow were left off! Ugh!

My very FIRST cake decorating experience/disaster! Yikes! I got way ahead of myself on this…everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong! Lots of learning to do!
